Perfect automation device
Have made my ac smart without spending a bomb.

Really Smart
Excellent product. I was able to set up in one go. Had some difficulty in setting up one of my AC. But can't blame the product as AC is a rather old model. No issues in controlling TV and set-top-box. Some bugs needs to be addressed by Helea. It goes off line some times without reason. Alexa integration with set-top-box needs improvement. More functions of AC should be available through remote and Alexa. Overall, great value for money.

Wants more Hardware & Software update, Now it is completely waste of money & time.
It's not working with1) Videocon D2h,2) Kevin LED TV(Famous Brand in Amazon)3) Zebronics HometheatreIn my opinion they wants to do more hardware and software update, "Now it is completely Waste of Money & Time".

Fantastic product. Was looking for something like this
Not sure what issue others are facing. The device works perfectly as desired. I have configured the smart TV, Amazon fire TV, home theater and media center. And this eliminated multiple remotes. I loved this device and haven't faced any issue at all. Installed the same app on multiple devices and my entire family is comfortable using the app on their phones. Setting up the remote is also very easy if instructions are followed, learning IR code is very easy for DIY devices

Software need to improve alot.
You don't get more options in A/c remote which is pre-installed only 4 button 'switch on/off' 'temperature' 'mode' and 'air speed' many other options are missing. Smart Life app is better than Helea App and both apps UI and work is same.Smart Life have more options to use than in Helea App.Working of this device is good but software need to improve alot.I Thought it's Indian Company but its Made in China.

Great value for money WiFi IR module . Great for ac ,TV etc
Works great with multiple devices but doesn't have some functioning like ac swing for Haier ac or carrier ac it's works great with Alexa home automation

Good universal IR blaster
Good product, my use was to control a AC and schedule the off time since the original remote has a timer on and off but no clock. Which I felt was a regressive feature change by the manufacturer. Unfortunately the device dies not support media players but the coverage of other devices and manufacturers is extensive.

Lack of support from the company.
Please note no support from the company if you face any issue. I had to return the product as I could not find my TV remote. It got added by DIY and copying my existing remote but could not get integrated to Alexa. Tried to contact Helea but no response for 2 days then decided to return it.
