Personally, it didn't work for me at all. It gave me a lot of gas, and my stomach sounded like there was an animal inside. During the three days of the treatment, I only went to the bathroom once. Instead of cleansing my digestive system, it constipated me.

Awesome if you like endless explosive diarrhea. No cramps just the need to really go. 24 hour delayed reaction led to a sleepless 2nd night sitting on the pot. Stay close to a bathroom!

i always have a few boxes of this handy for detoxing, and really love the results. i have found that it's better for me to use one or two night doses as needed, rather than using the 3-day morning and night as directed. if you do, you will need to be home and in the bathroom for 3 days straight. i also don't feel the morning dose helps as much as the night time ingredients. taking only the night dose helps cleanse your system easily and effectively, just make sure you stay home for 3-4 hours in the morning. great cleanse, especially when on sale. worth a try.

I’ve been using this product for years in conjunction with meal prep and lifting. I use it once a month or after a weekend of eating junk…lol. Clears me out starting the second day and by the fourth day the bloat is gone and I’m regular again. But always consult with a doctor before use.
