Disappointed, the cones are difficult to stay alight, and only burn for 4-5 mins, then u got to match the two holes up, if you as much as have a slight draught the smoke won’t go down the waterfall, yes when u can finally get it to work looks lovely, but to much hassle to be honest, should have read the reviews as would not have purchased

Its a nice ornament but you have to unclog the hole each time you have burnt a cone as it gets clogged up....you dont get a pair of tweezers to get the old cone out like you do with some others on here as the cones only last 5 mins and the sticks dont smell eitheryou get quite alot of cones but some dont smell so will buy some bigger ones

This is very satisfying to watch, quite calming. Works well unless you have a window open with a breeze coming in! Smells good, doesn't last long but enough for me and you can just burn another pod :)

The cones burn down quickly, which is ok, however the scent is awful. Leaves a smell as though 40 people have been smoking in my lounge. Its a very strong ash smell and no matter which coloured cone i use the smell is the sameNot at all attractiveWish i hadn't botheredIf i can get cones that smell nice, i would use it, but suspect its on for the charity shop

A lovely, low priced gift that will fascinate most who see it. This item comes with all you need and extra. An attractive and usable ornament that you could watch for ages. I was amazed at the amount of incense that came with this burner.I would have given it 5 stars but, disappointingly, the ceramic base was broken in two. Not a huge problem but took time to fix.

This does nothing like the advert, where it shows the smoke slowly dropping from one level to another making it a lovely spectacle. In reality, the smoke comes down to the second level and then misses the rest of the levels and just pours straight into the bottom.Don't waste your money on something that looks lovely, it doesn't work.

I would advise not to spend money on this, it brings of a small amount of smoke that doesn’t trickle down like a waterfall, I used the lavender hoping it would help me sleep as i struggle to fall asleep, it was like the smell of burning paper. I was so looking forward to receiving this and was so let down, Iv put it back in the box to throw away, as i wouldn’t give it away, I would be embarrassed
