Really helped with my heat issues
Starting to fall apart.

Bent case, rubber separated
After 5 months of use the case started bowing out, and then the rubber completely separated from the middle plastic. Once it was apart you can see the rubber only attached to the plastic by a weak u-joint less than 1mm deep. Interesting concept, poor execution.

Very comfortable to hold. really awesome job by Razer for building a fantastic case for the S21 device!

Bought two and both bent.
So I love Razer and was really excited to see they made a case. The first case I hade for a couple months when I noticed my screen protectors breaking. When I looked closer I saw the case was coming off the corners. I went through Razer support and Amazon support with no luck. After reading some reviews online I decided to try it again. And again, a couple months later screen protectors cracking all of a sudden. Just threw it out. Very sad. Loved this case otherwise, but I have to one star everything. The durability and sturdiness don't matter when the case bends and your phone is unprotected. Therefore the value for money is terrible.

Great idea..it doesn't cool device at all..No difference I still had the same overheating issues

Shoddily Made and Will Not Last. Warranty Covers Nothing
I almost never leave reviews but this has left me way too frustrated. The case started bowing probably a month or so after using it. I sent a support ticket in and apparently, they're considering this customer induced and not normal use so they won't replace it. I can only guess that this phone that is supposed to help with phone cooling just can't actually handle any amount of heat. I usually buy the cheap $15 phone cases but I wanted to try something a bit nicer. I picked wrong.

Bent Case
The phone case bent after a few months of use and caused my phone to heat up. It does not last and does the exact opposite of what it says it will do.

Perfecto per desepccionante

phone still overheats
I bought this specifically reduce overheating whilst m.phone is in the car, however phone still overheated at times.Nice look and sturdy apart from that.

Warps within months of use
Do not buy. Poor quality and warps within months of use. UAG and Otterbox are still the best cases, although none provide any cooling help.
