you would have to measure the inside and out Dia.of your pipes.and then check what this product dimensions.

No, you will need a 4”coupler.

I have a Jet bandsaw and the dust comes from a 4" outside dim hole I need to cover and to attach it to a 2 1/4 outside dim vac hose. Will this work?

It looks like the small end is 2 1/4 ID and 2 3/8 OD. The larger end is 3 3/4 ID and 3 7/8 OD. These are tape measurements, not calipers
