Where can i get the adaptor to plug in the charger into uk socket? why was this not packed in already? thank you

We’d like to explain that all of our toothbrushes are equipped with a UK 2 pin plug. For safety reasons, any appliances intended for use in the bathroom and in close proximity to water must plug into a 2 pin shaver socket, to reduce the potential risk of electric shock. To allow your toothbrush to be charged in conventional 3-pin sockets elsewhere in the house, we strongly recommend you use a conversion plug that bears British Standards certification (BS 1363-5:2008). Your Oral-B Team

Can someone explain the difference between the cross action white and sensitive clean white. Is it exactly the same with just different brush heads?

CrossAction: Medium bristles perfectly angled at 16 degrees to reach deep between teeth and sweep away plaque. Sensitive Clean: Soft bristles. Combination of regular bristles for cleaner teeth and ultrathin bristles for healthier gums. Your Oral-B Team

Should the brush heads have come wrapped in packaging or in sealed box? Mines were just sitting in cardboard box, no seal worried they are used

Since many retailers and online stores use their own security seals and security tags, from manufacture, our toothbrushes are sent to retailers and online stores without a seal on the packaging. However, all of the replacement heads themselves are individually packaged to keep them safe from exposure to any dust and microbes, so that they are as hygienic as possible. Your Oral-B Team

Is the box in sealed plastic wrapping

No just a box the brushes are sealed as normal
