Great price and quality!
I saw one review here where the customer gave this knife a "One Star" review, which is totally unfair. This is a quality knife, in fact I ordered two of them. Looks solid and feels solid, the blade is fairly thick in the right place - the spine. It's a bargain for the price, so order with confidence.

What's the use...?
Even M-tech ought to be able to put a symmetrical edge on a knife. I like this knife, but I ordered a knife, not a project where I would have to spend hours repairing the defective grind on the blade. While I don't mind at all, this company is actually going to spend half the price of the knife, which is what they probably paid for it, for me to return it to them--not to mention the inconvenience of my time for this mess. Money to blow! I'm glad to get rid of it and would caution anyone else imagining they want one to reconsider. Craftmanship is mostly history. Get to the last phase of knife making--the sharpening of the edge--and turn a knife into a piece of junk. N

Great for military use.
I carry this knife in uniform and it’s very durable. The blade material is a cheaper metal but besides that it’s good. I’m surprised how nice the sheath is for the price- it even has belt holes so that wonderful.

Stylish Karambit For Cheap
Pros:Easy to UseHeat TreatedEasy to AccessPressure Retention SheathDurableBalancedGiftableCons:NoneWhat I received in the package:1 x TAKUMITAK Tactical Knife1 x Retention SheathThis TAKUMITAK Tactical Knife product has a 3CR13 Stainless Steel blade and the handle is made of ABS Plastic. The ABS Sheath has an integrated belt clip and uses retention pressure to retain the knife securely.I do like this knife. The look and feel. It is comfortable and seems like it could really do some damage. In testing, I had a few tests in mind. I wanted to test how well the knife held its edge. I wanted to see how easily it could slice through a water bottle and I wanted to test how comfortable the handle would be. I was uncertain as to the sturdiness of the blade. Let’s be honest … I am not expecting much from a $15 blade. The metal is thin and it could break or cheat off a piece of blade when enough pressure is applied. But I didn’t want to ruin this blade to test that. The knife came razor sharp. It can do some damage if you draw it along a vital area.In the first test, I sliced through a water bottle. It was surprisingly sharp and cut through the bottle like butter. In the second test, I did some whittling an hack the knife edge on some wood a number of times. It did retain the edge somewhat. But I can see this blade would have to be sharpened on a consistent basis.Upon inspection of the blade, I found all items to be in good shape and free of any detectable defects. The handle is comfortable in a normal hold. In a reverse hold, it is okay. But the grip is a little awkward due to the pinky and ring finger grip pattern. They said it is still useable and can be tactically reversed if needed. The sheath is very tight, strong and well made. The clip can be used horizontally or vertically. I also like the retention feature. It is just tight enough to hold the knife in place. But not too tight so you are able to pull the knife quickly and with confidence. The style and shape of the blade are unique and with a sharpened edge. This could be a great tool.I was unable to locate any warranty either in the product information or item description.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. All in all, let’s all put our cards on the table. This is a cheap knife in all respects but the sheath. But it does have some nice qualities and it is at a price that is very difficult to turn down. The jury is still out on how long this knife will last. But it has been fun so far. Hope this information was helpful. [4 Stars]This product is made in China.

Love the Knife and Handle but Holster is Awkward
I ordered this knife because it's different from the other knives that I have. I love the handgrip which makes this knife comfortable to use. For its size, the knife has some heft to it. I'm finding that the curved blade is also very useful in hooking into what I need to cut into. This is not my sharpest knife but it's sharp enough for daily use. It comes in a plastic holster designed to clip on. I find the holster a bit bulky. There is some resistance pulling this knife out of the holster. The knife does slide back in easily and snaps in place. My rating is 4 stars for I love the knife with its curved blade and wonderfully comfortable to grip handle but find the holster kind of clunky to use and secure.

Distinctive yet affordable karambit and sheath
I know that the karambit originated as an Indonesian agricultural utility knife, but my imagination associates karambits with fictional silent assassins. Many karambits are too small for my large hands; I ordered this karambit when I saw that its handle is full-sized. I doubt that I'd use this karambit as my EDC knife, but it provides distinctive functionality at an affordable cost. The package includes the karambit knife and a hard ABS plastic sheath; the sheath is strongly riveted and has a belt clip plus cutouts for strap-mounting. The sheath utilizes friction fit: nubs inside the sheath securely mate with depressions in the ABS plastic karambit handle. The sheath rotates in 45 degree steps on the belt clip; the sheath can be worn on the left side with the karambit handle 45 degrees forward for a (martial arts, index finger in ring) right-handed reverse-grip or can be worn on the right side with the karambit handle 45 degrees forward for a (utility, pinky finger in ring) left-handed forward-grip. The karambit itself is ambidextrous, but the sheath cannot be modified to reverse the hand grips. The karambit has a full tang handle that is optimized (finger depressions and thumb anchor) for forward-grip utility use. The blade metal is machined thinner than the handle tang and the blade cross-section is a straight wedge with no bulging backbone; the blade is plenty thick for any imaginable situation. The blade has an OEM well-machined cutting edge that still merits touch-up (thumbnail drag test) with whetstone and leather strop; sharpening a concave knife edge IMO can be challenging.
