Fabulous flask, perfect size, good quality, easy to grip with arthritic hands, no harsh metal drinking rim or splashback and kept my coffee hot for hours. Love the bright colour, orange, it’s easy to spot diving in the rucksack with cold hands.

This is a super product. Had many other insulated flasks but this is clearly the best. It keeps my tea hot for hours, looks great and arrived in great packaging. I can’t recommend this product enough it is a great price for a great product

I like the fact that it arrived on time. What I didn't like is that it lacks written instructions, if you do not have a smartphone then you are not in a position to work out what the loose washer is for or where it should be. I wasted an1 1/2 hours trying to work it out. I was just on the point of packing it up and returning it. Yes, it keeps the liquid hot, yes it is attractive, Yes it is a nice size, and I presume it is British-made full marks for that. However, please put written instructions in for those who do not have a Big Brother Phone.

I chose the 500ml grey option, I was impressed with the lock on this cup. I was surprised when the centre sip part came out of the top but then realised it was meant to do that for easy cleaning, it then went back in really easily. I’m really happy with my purchase.

I use this daily to take my coffee to work. I warm it first with boiling water, fill it with hot coffee (and I always warm my milk too) and it stays hot well into the afternoon. Fabulous. It’s a beautiful colour (hot pink) and slim enough to fit my car cup holder. My only reservation is that the button on the lid feels like it might not last, but even so I’d definitely buy another if this one failed. ** update 19/09/23 it is starting to leak quite substantially through the screw part of the lid. A shame, but I’m still using it, although I’m not able to carry it in my bag.

I loved this flask to begin with as it kept drinks really hot all day, they started to get cooler by lunch time after being made at 7am.Now the top has snapped completely.I was so impressed at the beginning I bought 3 as gifts.Now I am embarrassed as I hope this doesn't happen to them.I have contacted Hapi with no reply.I would avoid these.

Not totally leakproof !1. the flask is very deceiving in the picture as it doesn't show you how narrow the opening is.2. There are too many jigsaw parts in the lid that if you dont fit together just right the lid will continue to leak every time you tip it to pour(It also makes it near impossible to get the lid on properly !)3. Button and lock soon become harder to slide (lock) and press to Open the lid you end up pressing around on the the button til it suddenly flies open.I'm pointing these things out because for someone with hand pproblems R. A. and Carpal Tunnel this flasks where a totally brilliant ideaThey are thin and lightweight and do keep liquids hot for hours and cold for longer cos I have them for both. I love the bright colours so I can tell which is hot and which is coldSo I can make all my drinks at once and the stay the same all day for me ❤
