I have been plagued with muscle cramps for years, but if I take this stuff they are not so bad. Please note vitamin E will inhibit blood clotting to some extent

I take this vitamin daily. It's very easy to swallow which is important to me. It's a great value for the 2-pack. Sundown products have not let me down.

Have purchased this product several times from Amazon. I just received my two 100 count soft gel bottles today (2/24) and they both expire in 10/22. Since I already have a partially used bottle open, I doubt I will be able to use up the new ones before they expire.

The expiration date is on October of 2022, that's less than 5 month from now.
