Easy to use.
Good product, easy to use then fold and store away.

Not bad but radiator racks probably better
My main issue is that the folding mechanism is a faff. It doesn’t run along the edges smoothly. It does warm up well but as others have said you have to keep moving the washing around. To be honest, I have radiator racks and these work just as well but bought this for those days you haven’t got heating on and need to dry clothes when caught short with the weather. Also for wet clothes if caught outside and my wetsuit boots/gloves. Hence 4 stars but I’ll revisit the review after a few months.

Excellent, household item. Easy access, simple to use. Straight plug in and go.

Does exactly what it said it would.
Arrived on time and well packaged. The cover arrived the day before. Easy to assemble, heats up in about 5 minutes. It is a bit stiff to open but I'll put that down to being new. All in all, it does exactly what it said it would.

NOT SAFE
Gave me a really nasty electrical shock that ended me in the hospital - Seller refused to refund me or send a new one, claims it is due to wear and tare, we have had the product 2 years and only use it in the winter.
