The second best kind of strips
When they say the packaging is easy to open, boy are they right. You don't need to buy a pair of tin snips to open these, which was a welcome surprise. They stick to the wall better than a piece of al' dente pasta, and hang your photos fantastic. I'm a modern millennial, which means all the photos I'm hanging are just selfies. Literally pictures of me all over my 3 square foot apartment, just in case my guests forgot who lived there.

Not fit to purpose and should be checked before posting!
Just received these command hooks and on both orders there's no loop sides so which makes them useless! Also didn't have original packaging? Please replace or refund.

Don't Buy, these are terrible and can't get a refund. Not fit for purpose.
I don't usually write reviews but you can't get a refund on this product so just making people aware before they buy. I have used command strips lots of times with no issues but all have been purchased from high street shops. Stuck very well. These from amazon however do not stick well at all. Used most of them to hang just two picture frames weighing less than 500g each and they just keep falling off. I can't see how these are genuine 3m products. I would avoid and just pay the extra from the high street shops.

Brilliant product
As others had commented, only 1 pack of 3 pairs of strips were in the packet instead of the 9 that were shown on the description. I contacted the seller who apologised promptly for the glitch on here and immediately amended the price and wording and gave me a partial refund for the problem caused. So a big thankyou to BIC Warehouse for responding so positively. As for the Command Strips? I have used them for a good few years now. Latest project is for my patio doors - I have bought some mesh to go over them to keep out the bugs and so far, so good. No nasties getting in at all and I can have fresh air in the house at last. I also have put them over all the Velux windows in the bedrooms and bathroom (the pain of living in a chalet bungalow). What you must remember is to 'degrease' the surface before applying the base strip. I get some alcohol wipes from Amazon that do the job. Once you have put the strip on the surface and pressed it down, its recommended that you leave this to bond for 24 hours before hanging the item required. I would suggest that if you are hanging pictures etc you apply the strips in the same way. I have used Command large hooks - one for the shower try holding shampoos etc, and one for outside to hold a strip curtain - they have been up for 7 years and still are going strong. They have the waterproof strips attached so this does go to show if you attach them correctly this will work.

I love these!!
I just love these command strips! As long as you put them on properly, they do a fabulous job!You have to make sure that when you put the strips on the wall and frame, you give them a good hard press for a minute and then at least an hour to "set" before trying to connect the two halves and hang your picture. If done correctly even real wood frames are easy to hang and I think they are better served by command strips than a regular hook etc as its basically impossible for them to get off-centred. This was especially handy for my key rack, which would constantly wobble because of uneven loads. The one thing I did find problematic was an oiled wood frame - the strips didn't stick sell to it at all. I fixed it by gluing card to the back and then the command strips stuck to that really well. A better solution for me than risking splitting the frame by screwing hooks into it etc.
