I am a huge fan of Life Extension's products. They use only the finest raw ingredients with the quality and purity you deserve. Pomegranate has been clinically studied to support cardiovascular health and provide antioxidant protection against oxidative stress. I have purchased Pomegranate Complete multiple times from Life Extension. I have read so many things about the benefits of pomegranates, and this particular product contains several parts of the plant. I feel really healthy when I am taking this. I have had instances where everyone around me was catching a tummy bug, but I did not. I cannot say for sure that this supplement prevented it but I suspect it does. My thyroid seems to function better, and I also do not feel like I am exhausted. I also noticed that my cycles seem to be more normal. I am sure I will be purchasing it again in the future.

I wanted to continue taking this for tumor prevention, but it may be the culprit for my high potassium levels — a mineral that is not listed in the nutritional information.

Best source of potent pomegranate available, IMO. Life Extension offers 30% 'Punicalagins' per cap/serving; this is the major ingredient that offers all the health benefits of pomegranate.........and at 30% of 400 mg, it is WAY higher than any other pomegranate supplement I have found.

I have taken this supplement for a long time and long time user of LEF products. But this Bottle had a horrible smell ( and instantly noticed it after opening) and it made me nauseous and almost threw up. I have had 2 other times with other Life Extension supplements smelling real bad after opening the bottle and noticed this happened only in the hottest part of the summer. The last time was their Blueberry Extract Capsules. I e-mailed LEF and they said it was supposed to smell that way. Believe me, Its NOT Supposed to knock you over after removing the cap. Some slight smell is normal. It is apparent to me that wherever these supplements are kept, are getting too hot and they are going bad and gassing off. I have never had a problem with this during the winter or cooler weather seasons. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon, but no contact info is given or I couldn't find it. I finally get a refund by going through the Amazon Chat Help. I could't talk to a rep because the AI choices prevented me choosing a real person to talk to. The AI said it was not returnable and nothing else could be done.
