I have ADHD so I find that if my supplements and any medication I take are complicated then I forget or don't just don't take them. This concept makes it so much easier since after preparing, you're left with a tasty juice!I find this very easy to take and it helps me get my hydration levels up too. As a result of my disability I often forget to drink water or only realise when I'm heavily dehydrated which is not good. This is a great way to get a glass or two down in a more appetising way so it helps. I won't totally banish my dehydration but this certainly helps along that journey.I'm very into my skincare and collagen is something I take normally to help keep my skin in good condition. I like that this supplement is included in this formula whilst being enriched with other complimentary actives like Hyaluronic Acid. The collagen in particular won't necessarily go straight to your skin though. When you take collagen it will go to the places it's needed most, first, such as your joints to try to repair them, your ligaments (if I recall correctly) and later to your skin. Your skin is usually the last thing to get treated so you need to keep realistic expectations. I've enjoyed taking these so far but I can't say I look like a toddler yet or that my joints have reversed years of damage from falling over but effects often take time so patience is key. I'd recommend it especially since the ingredients look pretty clean (no fillers or bulking agents) and pre-portioned collagen is much easier than faffing with a scoop.

This supplement for nails, hair, and skin comes in handy sachets that can also be carried in a bag on the go.It dissolves very well in cold water. The instructions recommend dissolving a sachet in 250-300ml of water but I sometimes dissolve it in a 500ml bottle of water and consider that as a squash :)The flavor is pleasant. To be honest, if I don't like the taste I give up immediately but I have to say that since I started I have never stopped.I suffer from psoriasis on my nails and within a few days the supplement had no visible results on my nails, well I can't expect miracles. Looking at my hair, they look less frizzy, and less broken ends. And finally, considering the skin, I usually suffer from small cysts around the chin and a bit of acne, but it's been a few days since they seem to be gone. Now, all these positive results..is it the case or thanks to using this supplement? I hope it is thanks to the supplement, considering it costs slightly more than £ 37! Very, very much! I was a bit sceptical about ordering this regarding the taste. I've taken Beauty supplements before and they work well, but to be honest, most soluble supplements leave me gagging. This one, however, tastes absolutely delicious! It comes in a box of 30 individually wrapped sachets.The powder dissolves really well in water with a good stir. It doesn't leave any unpleasant clumps or go gooey in consistency. It dissolves leaving a pleasant coloured drink that tastes amazing, very fruity and not overly sweet. I actually look forward to taking this!It's a little early to report the full effects on my skin as this could take weeks and I've only been taking it for several days, however, my skin looks a little clearer than normal so it's a good start. For me, I've found that there are no unpleasant effects on the digestive system - some supplements give me an awful stomach ache, but it's all been good with this one.Overall, I really like these supplements. A quick, easy and yummy way to get multiple vitamins for your hair, skin and nails at once. Would definitely recommend it.
