Kitty Kasas New! Duro Series Cat House, Gym Cube, White

Let’s face it, cats aren’t as clean as they claim to be! My 13 pound boy loves boxes. I paid $30 for cute little cubbies for him, they end up in the garbage because he vomits in them or they get to the point the cat hair will not come out of it. I’m a bit of a clean freak and this thing is cute, durable and very easy to clean. He loves his kitty kasa. And, since I won’t need to buy a new one every 6 months, I love that I’ll be saving money in the long run.

Our local PetSmart that has kitty adoptions uses these. However, the company, Kitty Kasas, must provide them w/ a more attractive and durable "Kasa" . We ordered 2; beige color. The color looks like a very muted pea green. They unfortunately are cheaply made. Scratches and imperfections all over them. Oh, and nothing came to attach them. Truthfully. I don't know if something was supposed to be in the box to safely attach, but there are holes (see pics). I REALLY wanted to love them. We're gonna keep them, because it's a hassle to return; size. Fingers crossed, kitties will use them. I put Cat nip in them. :)

The kitty kasa duro cubes are the most lived and used items in my house. They're all one piece so no nooks and crannies for deadly feline viruses to hide and I can feel safe using them from litter to litter with proper sanitization! The adult cats in my photos are 13 pounds (gray) and 14 pounds (tabby) so you can see they're large enough for even big kitties. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled after reading another review giving one star and saying it was too small for their 10 pound kitty. Not all kitties will want to curl up and be cozy but in my experience, large kitties love these too! I purchased my cubes a couple of years ago, directly through the company so Amazon won't be able to "verify" my purchase and may not post my review... But one star for these things is just unfair. Hopefully this provides some perspective. I really love these!

Very misleading information. Height is not 17 inches but is around 16 inches. Width is not 13 inches but is 12 inches. Length is 15.75 inches. It is small. My 10 pound cat can't sleep in it comfortably.

First off, I went looking for the stronger version of these. I adopted a cat which had been rescued from a hoarding situation. In the shelter she had taken to these kitten boxes and I wanted to find something she was familiar with, after looking at the options I decided to go with the ones that were designed for Cat Cafe's and Shelters as she would be used to them and given I had other larger cats, I didn't want them to budge if my big boy (14 pound male) walked across the top.This did the job, She was happy as could be but soon moved out of it and in to a series of scratchers, to my surprise my big male moved right in. He loved the dark gray color and the enclosed space its his happy little place away from the younger cats. I enjoy that its easy to wipe clean when some wet cat food or treats gets smeared. Its easy to move and stack and the bed is washable and easy to change out. Well worth the cost.
