How thick are these pads? I want to use them inside my dog's belly wrap but don't want to add a lot of bulk.

I have two dogs I use these for (22 lb and 11 lb). I cut the regular in half for my smaller one and use it full length for the 22 lb. guy. These are thin but absorbent. The best brand and product tried.
