High quality replacement. Part was not nearly as hard to replaced as you may be lead to believe, just make sure you use plenty of the provided install grease. I used a dremel to cut the OEM pipe and it worked like a charm. Longest part was cleaning out the gasket housing for the front gasket. After both housings are clean, reinstalling the pipe takes 15 minutes. Hardest part was fitting the locking ring onto the pipe.The transfer pipe was not leaking on my N62, but the valley pan was so I figured I would do it as preventative maintenance, and I’m glad I did. Even though it wasn’t leaking, the original gasket was pretty corroded, and likely would have started leaking within 20k miles.

Works as advertised
I'd read bad things about the Uro pipe (supposedly Uro isn't a "quality" manufacturer) but after using this kit I can confirm everything was well designed and fits perfectly. I didn't need to force anything. Word of advice for those of you doing a DIY coolant transfer pipe repair - take care to ensure the seal that goes into the front timing cover is properly lubed with the supplied grease, and also make sure the orientation is correct (flat surface towards the front of the engine, tapered surface towards the rear). I've had this repair for 2 months / 800 miles more or less, and it's holding perfectly.

Worked great from my BMW E64
This fixed my problem with a coolant leak in my 650i. The breakdown of the engine wasn't tough. You can find instructions and videos online. The hardest part was getting the new gasket inside the front of the valley pan. If you don't take the water pump off, it is harder to do. You will need to put a TON of lubrications on gasket before trying to insert it otherwise it will keep buckling while you try to seat it.

Poor quality
I started leaking coolant on my Beamer, so I new I had to replace the coolant transfer pipe. I completed the installation, the car ended up leaking again from the same area, I checked and it was the pipe was cracked and leaking, poor quality.
