Really high quality bag, made from great materials, sturdy construction. Looks great. Tan color was almost a hundred dollars less than retail.

The bag isn’t up to the hype! In a nutshell, it doesn’t feel like $300 bag and not probably designed to carry laptops as they get scratched easily on the zippers… imagine an expensive laptop with lots of scratches!On the upside, the material seem to be pretty durable, but only time will tell.

I like the timeless design of this bag and the rugged feel. It holds its shape even when it’s mostly empty. The material, stitching, zippers, and the hardware are all high quality. I have had this bag for over 10 years with daily use. It’s still in great shape, but a couple of small holes were forming at the top corners due to friction. I contacted Filson, they gave me a shipping label, repaired the bag (stitching) and shipped it back to me. That’s a company that stands behind its product. You’re not just paying for high quality, but also the warranty.
