This is a well written book for Sales people of all type and experience. Asher gets you thinking about different ways to approach situations and provides reminders of solid sales skills.

The book is very thorough. The writer had done a great job in getting into details without overtly complicating anything. Suggetsions are practial. The book is well written for both new and seasoned sales professional.

I don't know what happened here- the book looks like it has been rolling around in the dirt. I don't want to deal with sending it back but i'm disappointed.
