Broadway BW862 240mm (9.45") Flat Aluminum Plating Mirror

I found the OEM Tesla Model Y rear view mirror to be tiny and difficult to see the back window. The OEM mirror almost has too much tint and makes everything darker than in real life. I've used Napolex Broadway mirrors long time ago and found them to be excellent quality and this one is no exception. The 240mm size is the right fit for the Model Y since any larger would block the operation of the sun visors.This Aluminum plating version makes the back window much less dark and brighter. It also doesn't create any glare at night so it's all around a big improvement over the Tesla OEM mirror.Pros:1. Fits Model Y2. High quality, no distortion3. Much brighter than Tesla OEM mirror4. I bought this because I hate the tiny mirror in my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I tried two other clip on mirrors that were way too large and bulky. I looked all over and this was the smallest one I could find and it's better but still a little too big. The band name etched on the glass is tacky, I wish it didn't have that. As you can see, it slightly blocks the interior camera so it may cause issue if you use Auto Pilot/Full Self Driving. I would much prefer a model that was a little less tall, maybe rounded off on the corners or shaped more like the factory mirror so it doesn't stand out so much and if it was very slightly convex/curved to make it a little more wide angle but not supper wide angle like other models. I am also pleased with the "brightness" of this glass. The Tesla glass is dark even when the dimming turned off. This mirror makes things brighter and easier to see although I haven't tested it at night time with glare yet. I'll update my review if that ends up being an issue. I'm still on the fence about keeping this, but will need to test it for a few more days to determine how well it works in more scenarios.

This is the perfect upgrade to the tesla model 3 mirror. It fits over the existing mirror and does not obstruct the sun shades. It does increase the height compared to the original mirror so you can see a bit more of the back seat.

Same width with oem 240mm, better go for 300mm but works perfectly on the rear, but not on blind side for suv, will probably install this to our Yaris car.

The mirror is the perfect length for my Tesla without restricting the Sun visors from folding down. Good width too and good reflection. I personally like the fact that the mirror is flat and not concave like some others as that would warp the view. Only thing is that it is on the pricey side compared to other mirrors on the market.
