What I liked the most about this handy device is that I don’t need to choose between charging my iPad (the new version) first or listen to my favorite songs or videos. It’s also ideal for travel, work, or even tune out certain things you don’t want your family hearing in.

Disappointed
I received on 9/11/21. Opened the evening of 9/12/21. Used for 1 hour. Samsung power cord plugged into unit along with headphones. The sound quality immediately dwindled and sounded muffled and unit got very hot. Unplugged from phone and tried it again the morning of 9/13/21 as I wait in lobby for a surgical procedure on a loved one. I was all prepared to watch a couple of Netflix movies and... it doesn't work. Sound emits from the phone's speaker. I unplugged it a few times and tried again. Nothing. I cannot listen to my phone in a crowded waiting room. I regret wasting $24 (because I ordered a 2nd one for a 2nd phone yesterday when I saw there wasn't an error displayed plugging it in. My phone recognized it) I can't even cancel that order because it shipped this morning.Breakdown:1. Sound quality was poor / muffled / staticThis USB device got very hot (more than I was comfortable with)2. Device worked less than one hour and now headphones no longer work. Sound still emits from phone speaker even when this device is plugged in.3. The 2nd one I had ordered, it didn't even work out of the box.Sad that this new phone (S21 Ultra) requires an adapter to be able to use headphones.

Didn't last
Didn't last very long and the headphone part quit working.

3.5 mm doesn't work.
Product looks fine but the 3.5mm doesn't work at all. Tried with multiple Samsung devices ( S9 S20 S21) the charger aspect works in all but doesn't allow fast charge and the 3.5mm (headphone jack) doesn't function with the phone but you do get the buzzing in the speakers that let's you know the 3.5mm is atleast picking up the charger.

Works great. ..... When it works
Works great to hook my phone up to a monitor until it gets hot and quits working. Have to turn it off and wait a few minutes and plug it back in or tap it with my finger to get it to work again.

AUDIO Did not work
I had such hopes but the audio jack does not work. I would return it but threw away the packaging. I was bummed. Listen to books in my car. Charging side did work.
