I like the 2 canopies tents I bought but the color was off it wasn't the same as the photo. Disappointed about that.

I live in Houston we have to park both our cars in the open and Houston is HOT in the summer! We put a cover like this up from May to September when it is the hottest then it is stored for the rest of the year. I had a cheaper model 10 x 20 popup that only lasted 2 summers seasons before collapsing after a windy thunderstorm.This one cost more than our last one but I thought I would give it a try and I am glad I did. The first thing I noticed when I was unpacking it was how heavy duty the frame is. The metal pole supports are all heavier metal and has a nice paint finish and the plastic parts all seem better made. The canopy fits perfectly and the material is really high quality. Overall we are very satisfied.What is more we had to contact the seller to get tracking information and they were so helpful and easy to deal with.OK, here is a disclaimer: You should always be careful with this type of pop up canopy if bad weather is coming your way, wind can easily lift them up and toss and become dangerous. Also I guess really heavy rain or hail could rip the cover so just be careful!***** UpdateAfter 3 years our canopy died a sad death. I had set it up for summer as I usually do to park our 2 cars underneath but had not secured it to some cinder blocks as I usually do because the weatherman said it was not going to rain. So guess what? He was wrong and at 3am I woke up hearing wind and rain, I went outside just as a gust of wind blew the entire canopy up onto our garage roof and then it crashed down but luckily did not damage our cars. Two legs were bent and the fabric torn so we ordered another one. Just set it up and I have secured it with stainless aircraft cable attached to the ground. It won't blow away now. This is still the best big popup canopy on the market. Wish they would sell a replacement cover so if your existing one wears out or rips you don't have to replace the metal framework.

We have a boat party every year and lose canopys to wind, rain, just not sturdy at all. Well, we had winds for days and little rain. The band's equipment never got wet and held up nicely. And, they look nice.

This was completely destroyed in a rainstorm 2 weeks after I bought it. Water collects in the canopy which you have to poke out with a broom unless you want big hanging bulges of rain water. I had hoped to keep it up all summer until I got my permanent pergola built, but it lasted all of 2 weeks. I did use it for a party and it was fine. Created a lot of waste when I had to take it to the dump. The metal supports twisted way too easily.

Beautiful, functional, keeps out rain & sun AND easy and fast to assemble. My husband and I had it up in 10 mins. Used it for grad party & already loaned it out twice since then. Everyone loved it and wants to buy one. Super purchase.

Every 2-3 week I will have free food to try From my store in the parking lot.. This help me to do better business. So I purchase this to protect the sun. After search a few type of pop up canopies. I picked this one. It is heavy and does need 2 person to set it up. For the first time it take me 20-30 mins with my dad. Because we don’t know how to do it. But after few times easy and fast only take me about 5-10 mins. And less than 5 mins to put up the tent. I didn’t set up on the grass good thing is it come with the rope on the side so I just tied them on the metal as the picture show. It can still prevent the wind blow away. I love it for all the details.

Very easy to set up,nice metal frame just the top cover is so thin,im not sure if its stand in the rain or if its really water resistant as i haven't tried it yet.

Easy too setup. Have too remember too hook the tarp too the frame before it’s too high.

We've only used it once, so far, and it was perfect for a dinner party. It would be easier to put up if there were a person at each corner, but the two of us managed it fairly well in a reasonable amount of time. Velcro attachments work very effectively. Tear down was very easy. Biggest issue is folding the canopy to the right size so it fits in the carrier pocket. All in all we're quite pleased with it, but are aware that we have to pay attention and not let the metal supports twist during assembly and tear down.
