Good option…but
The good news: it’s better than the chin straps. I’ve tried them all and they just don’t do the job for long. These strips always work and will hold your jaw in place throughout the night (when correctly put on). They bad news: taking them off in the morning is hardly a pleasant experience. You are effectively ripping a large band aid off your face. I have actually pulled skin off on two occasions. I have tried wetting them which takes the pain away, but it leaves a sticky residue on your face that is difficult to wash off. That takes about ten minutes and not exactly a great way to start the day. There is also a learning curve for putting them on correctly which the makers could make easier with some simple instructions. It takes a while to get the hang of it.So it comes down to whether you want your sleeping to go as well as possible or you’d rather want a better start to the day. I have chosen the former until something better comes along

Uses other than snoring
I cannot recommend these for snoring. Just can't see how this skin tape would help. However, I have used them for many years for help with CPAP. Cut them into strips and use to help prevent mouth breathing. That is, I tape my mouth shut except for one corner. This helps, but is not a perfect fix. Then again, nothing is. But there are other uses. Cut into strips and place over mole skin on that painful place on the outside of your foot. They won't roll off even when sliding socks on. (Clean foot skin assumed). The chin-up film lasts much longer than the mole skin alone. Also, use strips to tack down Hydrocolloid Dressing patches. Those patches heal cuts twice as fast as just a band-aide or a band-aide and anti-biotic cream. The patches don't stick very well, but a strip of Chin-up film holds it down nicely. In my work I get small cuts occasionally. Since I can't stop working for a finger cut, the chin-up strip holding down a colloid patch makes a very durable combination, even when sanding or chiseling.

these tend to be a help, not a total fix.
The adhesion is STRONG. Without soaking the strips to remove them (and then working to get the adhesive off afterwards) , I have found the strips produce some skin rash above the sides of my mouth. The strips will stretch during the night and still allow a little mouth breathing, but if worn with a mediocre chin strap, the total result is very good! I am getting a much better night's sleep with my CPAP when using these to correct my mouth breathing, but I still wish for a simple and total fix.

Can’t Sleep Without These
These have helped me tremendously to get quality sleep every single night. It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes to be able to keep my mouth shut and breath through my nose at night. I’ve been using these for a few years and forgot just how impactful they are (since good sleep has become the norm) until I ran out a few days ago. Now I’m dealing with the same tired feeling and low energy I used to have before committing to using these every night. Can’t wait until the next shipment comes in!

Good product for open-mouth sleeping issues
These are an enormous help with the dry mouth that has been waking me up many times every night. They are more comfortable than the chin strap I tried and do the trick to keep me asleep.

My husband used these for one night after shaving. When he took it off in the morning, several pieces of his skin also came off! It has been a week, and he is still healing. Note, he doesn't have particularly sensitive skin. We won't be using these again.

Works great!
Best anti snore device. I wouldn't recommend for men due to facial hair. But for women, works great! I can't go to sleep without applying.
