Great product and my wife loved it - I bought this in November as an Xmas present. Wife opened it on Xmas day to find the key missing. Unfortunate oversight but the most surprising thing is that the seller reached out after a month of purchase (outside the return policy window) to make things right and provide me with a replacement.
