The item was exactly as described. It has been an awesome tool to help my son get homework assignments done in a timely manner. It came quickly and with everything we needed and was easy to set up.

I was really hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop because I was afraid something would be wrong with it. I was pleasantly surprised with my Chromebook. It definitely exceeds my expectations. Everything works on it, it boots up quickly, it has a lot of space, it looks brand new with no visible marks on it, and it is an insanely great price. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This purchase has given me the confidence to purchase other items from Amazon Renewed, and I can't wait to get my new phone from there.

I purchased several for my kids' homeschooling. They all broke within months of purchase. Two didn't charge properly, and the third just stopped working. I can't afford to replace them, so they have since had to save money to purchase their own laptops (of their choice).

This Chromebook is absolutely functional. I love the 11 inch size of the laptop. One problem I have is that the battery heats up when the device is on my lap. I solved this issue by placing the Chromebook on a Tray table (desk) and because there are rubber feet on the bottom there is enough air flow to keep the battery cool. This is an issue with the make of the device, the only issue I've had with the renewed factor was they sent a charger that did not work with the laptop. the company was friendly and respectful and gave me enough of a refund to purchase a new charger. I started this review by stating this laptop is functional and not exceptional. the display is good not great, the speakers work well not great, and the "lap" top cant sit on your lap to long because of the battery heating up. But i gave it four stars because you can't beat the price on a Chromebook good till 2029, and the durability of this specific model is supposed to be good because it is made for students who are known to be rough on laptops. Also I have had no issues with speed of web browsing or file downloads. I connected it to my Wifi and after a semi brief set of updates i was ready to go. after playing with it for a day or so i have determined that this little Chromebook will serve me well for the next few years until i can afford to purchase a better laptop.

This chromebook was bought used and it was just like new. It works great and I have enjoyed it to research, pay bills, etc. Now, I no longer have to use my cell.

Overall this product is okay. It's not top of the line but you shouldn't be expecting that for the price that you pay. Reason I'm giving it the middle of the road Stars is because I feel it's a little flimsy when you open up the laptop it feels like it's going to break but so far so good.

I've been super impressed with this Chromebook. It was my first Chromebook. My expectations were low. I'm still getting used to the interface but very happy with condition and use. Battery life is great. I did have one sticky key that has just started to act up

Excelente Laptop para funciones básicas, me gustó un buen, diseño bonito y batería de buena duración, en relación a la paquetería office no deja instalar los sofware, sin embargo se puede ocupar la paquetería office 360 y funciona muy bien, todos los archivos son bajo la nube. Solo si sabes trabajar asi, te funciona muy bien, altamente recomendable

El producto me gustó mucho, pero me decidí a comprarlo porque quería hacer un examen y el tamaño me pareció muy cómodo. Pero resultó que no era compatible con el software, y por eso lo devolví.

Tiene muy bien funcionamiento de encendido y apagado .Esta perfecta condiciones .Se escucha perfectamente .Tiene para descargar la mayoría de las aplicaciones.
