Q: I have tried this EZ-pass holder a couple times and but the transponder is not being read at the toll booth. Suggestions?

For the same reason I gave up on this product......I let them send me the bill.

The transponder that this unit is made to hold is 3.5" x 1.75" x 1"... with wiggle room PLUS it's made of leather. I feel confident that your transponder will fit and most likely nice and snug.

Q: Anybody use this for i-pass? if so? does it work well?

Not sure what i pass is, but it works very well with ez pass.
