The customer service was great. Easy to deal with. The mat is perfect. It is nice and soft, It’s a little slippery when it’s wet(what’s not) but it super soft and floats very well on the water. All three of my kids play on it at the same time and it stays afloat!

I loved this until me and my friends were playing around on it and one of them stepped on it and broke a hole right through the middle and it tore in half

This item costs way too much money for it to be tearing apart after 2 uses at the lake. The plastic piece that holds a rope has already come apart and the foam is dissolving more and more each time. I bought this to relax in the water, there is nothing relaxing about this item. I would return it for a full refund but I am not paying for this to be shipped back. True waste of money!

The kids really enjoy it. We used it over 4th of July weekend and myself and my three kids were able to lay across it.

We bought this for our pond, the kids love it, it can easily fit 4-6 kids at a time. Hours of fun played on it! I need to buy another one!

It look a little while to get it to lay flat, it held 6 kids at one point playing. (That’s all the kids that were there) it laid flat and did handle the occasional wave from time to time. Was a big hit!!

The ring holes where you attach the cords came out after using the mat 2 times. Not worth the money

My grandkids really enjoyed their time on the lake with this float. Excellent buy!
