Even though I have relatively small hands, I can hold each of the four bars to build up strength and flexibility in my wrist I had fractured. The variety of weights in the set of bars offers choices as my wrist heals and can manage heavier weights My flexibility and strength have improved quite a bit with only three weeks of using the bars.
