With so many mixed reviews I wanted to come make one of my own. I would say that the frogs are perfect for running working out HIIT cardio whatever! That is what I purchased them for and I am at the gym daily and I can tell you that these have have great compression not bunching at all, the ladies don’t move and the fabric is so uncomfortable.

These are super comfy but I feel I ordered a size larger than normal and they’re snug. Not in a bad way but just putting it out there

Runs small but well made!

Quality isn’t like Nike or anything but at least it’s good for the price. The colors are cute, the straps complement nicely on the frame, and the sizing is not the worst, they are a bit tight initially but then they stretch out a bit and they are snug but in a good way.
