I am 5'6" and the cable is long enough to accommodate a variety of heights and is easy to adjust. It is also very thin to accommodate speed jumping. Even though it doesn't have ball bearings in the handle it swivels smoothly and doesn't tangle. Orange is my favorite color, so they get bonus points there. It was easy to size, trim and recap the cable ends once it was right. I also like the thinner cable, but that may just be me. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nl/products/32210857-speed-cable-jump-rope-ultra-fast-fully-adjustable-great-cross](https://www.desertcart.nl/products/32210857-speed-cable-jump-rope-ultra-fast-fully-adjustable-great-cross) --- *Product available on Desertcart Netherlands* *Store origin: NL* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
