Well I’m impressed. Great service
This product was always very difficult to change out a filter on our second filter. We did not realize that the key adjustment had shifted a little, making it very difficult to install. Very disappointed in this product not letting us know that this can happen flooded our kitchen by the time we turned off water source. after contacting pure blue they were quick to resolve the problem and get me back running again I’m very impressed. Thank you Priscilla.

Other systems are so much better...
I recently purchased this 3 stage RO system, and wanted to share my negative installation experience.I have in the past purchased and installed 3 Watts RO systems in the past, with NONE of these issues.*The mounting for the cartridge holder - there is no template for the screw pattern, the screw holes are buried under the filter, so you can't drill using the devices as a template. On the Watts system, the screw holes are ABOVE the holder, easily accessible, and usable for a template.*Also, the holder doesn't "hinge up", so if you mount it near the bottom of the cabinet, as I had to, you have to actually lift it off of the keyhole screw holders. I ended up giving up, and buying velcro to mount this. Velcro $8. The Watts system hinges up for easy access.*The saddle provided (1.25?) didn't fit any pipe under my sink - and I went to three different stores to try to buy a compatible saddle, to no avail. I ended up having to just drill a 3/8" hole, shove the hose in, and "wet tape" it in place, and hope it doesn't leak. Wet tape, $12.*The red tube from the RO cartridge to the faucet is way too short - even 6 more inches would have made this way more tenable. Was barely able to make this work, by scooting this uncomfortably close to a wall, since a hose exits from both sides of the cartridge holder.* The angle stop adapter doesn't have a valve on it - the Watts system did, which allowed me to shut off the RO for service, without having to shut off the cold water to the faucet. $8 Shark Bite 1/4 to 1/4 tube valve.* Finally, and most frustrating, the tank connector with it's swage fit to the white 3/8" tube, didn't seal, even after 3 tries, and continued to leak. I had to replace this with a "shark bite" type 1/4 FPT to 3/8" tubing - for another $6. Yes, I put it on correctly. Yes, I re-cut the tubing. Yes, I looked at the diagram to verify that I was doing it right. If I had not already drilled a hole in my countertop, and done the velcro sticky on the cartridge holder, I would have returned this. This was SUCH an inferior installation experience to the Watts system, I will definitely not purchase this again. Instead of this being an hour evening project, it has stretched to 3 days, and 4 visits to hardware stores, and an additional > $30.At least no, it seems to be working, and filtered water is nice.

Easy and fast install
I love this, because it's easy to install and very inexpensive. I installed it for my refrigerator ice maker. I already tested the water with quality testing water which is excellent. It took me 30 minutes to install. You have to remember before to do your installation make your project plan and then install the unit. Thanks for the Costco and Pure blue water. And last is to replace the filters call the pure blue water or Costco to purchases filters.

Where do I buy filters?!?
Bought it about 6 months ago and now need to replace filters but can’t seem to find a set of them. Works great but it’s time for new filters.

Tastes great
Got this at Costco when it was on sale 9/21. Everything was as expected. One thing I did wrong was installing the return line, I left too much slack and it caused the facet to leak. It needs a straight shot with little bend. The fittings to the water line and storage tank are cheap plastic parts. Water tastes much better than the brita pitcher type.
