I wish it were real leather, I would have paid a lot more for real leather but you simply cannot buy real leather furniture anymore. This is actually a reception area chair, so the seating surface are HARD, but that is exactly what I wanted. If you dislike the poofy, overstuffed chairs that suck you in like a bean bag chair this chair is what you want.The only nit I would pick was the shipping, it arrived on time but I got a shipped notification but no tracking info I could use. Turns out it came truck freight. I got a call the morning of the delivery giving me a 6 hour window for it to arrive. Not a big deal but I wish I had known it was coming truck freight. Kinda weird because it was not that heavy (about 65 pounds, so under UPS weight limits) and not that large either

They look very nice in my husband office. They are not real leather, but it looks like leather. The only problem is that they are not very soft when you seat on them. I imagine that with time this problem may improve, they are brand new.I give only 4 stars, because in the description the seller says leather, I knew when buying that it could not be true, because of the price.I recomend that the seller describe the product more accurately, this way the buyer knows what is he buying.The chairs are very nice, perfect for an office, I'll not use them in my living room where I like more cozy furnitures.I'll buy them again if I need to furnish another office or waiting room.

We have ordered these chairs for our company 3 separate times.They are delivered promptly and are always in very excellent condition. They look fantastic in our public areas.I highly recommend this item for anyone who wants inexpensive great looking reception furniture.

Arrived quickly, took about 5-10 minutes to assemble, looks and feels great, there's a small but acceptable blemish near the bottom. Plan to buy 3 more for my 2 living rooms. Will buy one at a time because the package is heavy and I feel sorry for the UPS guy. The UPS guy was considerate enough to haul the package all the way to my backyard because no one answered the front door. Having him haul one each time is better than making him haul 3 in one day right?

Firm, comfortable chair. Generous sitting space on very soft leather. Highly recommended to those who need a place to relax but probably not fall asleep on like a couch. Helps me read.Update: This chairs seat padding has started to break and bunch up and in one place a spring has pushed through completely near the edge and is visible in the photo. For reference I am 215lb and have not been bouncing on it roughly, ever.For $250 I thought I might get more out of it than 2 years. YMMV

Everything was right with this purchase. The price was fair, shipping included, and it arrived ahead of schedule. Items were packed carefully and assembly was easy. Quality seems very good for the money. These are not meant for a comfortable home chair but I got 4 for my office reception space and they are perfect.

We have a Financial Planning and Tax practice, we bought these for our reception area. They were delivered quickly, easy to assemble and are very classy and comfortable. Our client have been raving about how nice they look and feel. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. We've had them for about two months now and they get used about 4-5 times per day. No signs of wear at all. GREAT BUY, GREAT PRICE!
