I was expecting more from this. It has one job, to make clear ice cubes and it fails. I have tried boiled water, filtered water, tap water. I have tried it different parts of the freezer, but the best I have managed is half clear cubes. Last year I bought a small spherical clear ice cube maker at a fraction of the cost and it is miles better. I will be going back to an cool box and tools.

The media could not be loaded.  Such an effective product, very well made. Not only does this look so elegant & fancy in a drink, it melts incredibly slowly. So if you want to sip a cold whisky slowly without fear of dilution look no further. Any negative review is just due to the incompetence of the person using the product not the actual product.

Cubes are quite clear at the top but not 100% percent (bottom quarter has white shades). Tried to boil filtered water but no improvement yet. And although I’ve used them five times: still difficult to loosen the cubes from the container.Material is quite sturdy and well finished.
