The ones I received are yellow-ish, but the original packaging and pictures online show that they're supposed to be green. Are these defected?

No, temperature and humidity have changed the appearance. The soap is wonderful no matter what the color. Actually if it's lost some moisture it will even last longer!

The soap (same brand) I got in Turkey had 5 bars in one package and weighed 900g. How much does each of these 4 bars weigh?

I just checked my package, the total weight was 1000g - five bars of soap at approximately 200g per bar. I let my soap dry out a bit before using - it lasts longer that way, so they may have lost some weight due to the drying.
