Better than other leading low-carb brands
BEST LOW-CARB BREAD EVER. I am switching over to these completely from other brands' low-carb bagels and buns. These are softer and tastier, IMO, and don't turn tough in the toaster. I love that they're individually wrapped, which encourages portion control and makes it easy to grab one at a time out of the freezer. And yes, you must absolutely put these in the freezer as soon as you receive them, or they will go moldy pretty fast. These do have a slightly sweet taste, but I love that, even when making savory sandwiches (but I can see how it could put some people off, or might be an acquired taste). The sweetness also makes these AMAZING for peanut butter sandwiches and as a replacement for breakfast bagels with cream cheese. They're also great for baking desserts--bread pudding, stuff like that. The only thing they don't work well for, as far as my experiments have gone, is pizza--even toasted, they're too absorbent and the sauce will soak right in. They make good grilled cheese, though. As long as the seller keeps selling the 24-pack at under $40 and ships quickly, I will keep buying.

Excellent
I have been looking for a good hamburger bun that's tasty and soft and really good.I have Celiac and IBS. So when I decided to try this I was skeptical that it wasn't as goodas they said. But I was pleasantly surprised. It is costly but worth it. I will order it again.

Not bad, but pretty darn pricey
Over the last week, I've compared these to the Trader Joe's gluten free buns. The TJ's buns are significantly less expensive, have a slightly better flavor and a slightly better texture. The Smart buns are not bad at all and, to boot, they have a lot of fiber. So, given that I struggle to hit my daily fiber goals, for now I'm willing to pay the premium for the Smart buns.

Made me feel normal again!
I am the pickiest eater!! I hate most everything keto or not but keto helps me and gluten free is my only option. These buns made me feel normal again. I wish they had hot dog buns but I make due cutting the dogs for these buns. When I say I'm picky...you just don't know...I peal the top layer off all buns and I do the same with these but the actual bread is quite tasty. Some reviews say they are dry...well yes a tiny bit but do not let that deter you from actually enjoying bread again. I jeep them in the freezer for a long time. I dont expect them to be moist feo. The oven. They are soooo good. I love them. My keto journey would have fallen apart without this company.

good choice if you want to add mold to your diet
The media could not be loaded. This is the second purchase I've made. The first one came the same and I thought it was because of the sesame seeds. I gave them another chance and the exact same thing happens. It seems that they have a good GF - Low Carb product but they still have a lot to adjust in their breads.

Promising product in a new category needs refinement
This is a great product for LHCF, Keto or other low carb dieters who want a bun for their burger occasionally or just want to enjoy a sandwich. That said, the composition, taste and macronutrient ratios leave something to be desired. On composition, although I doubt they add anything that will harm a fat-burning diet, I don’t understand the use of wheat based fibers, especially as they don’t deliver any discernible taste improvement. I also don’t understand why they bother to be low fat. I think they could be helped a lot by adding grass fed butter, olive oil, or some other healthy fat to the ingredient list.Taste is perhaps a bad label. The texture is perfectly bread-like. Very well simulated. The taste could be most positively described as neutral. Low carb enthusiasts would do well to enhance with dressings, spreads, or pan grilling these buns in butter. They also toast nice and evenly but keep a close eye on them. For people on a fat and keto adapted diet, the high protein relative to calories is a problem, as the protein grams compete with the fillings going on the bun. It would be great if there was a way to reduce protein and increase fat. For the time being LCHF eaters can overcome this issue by adding a high fat spread like avocado oil mayonnaise. All that said this bun opens up welcome choice and variety for LCHF eaters and I will purchase again.

it's not bread...but...
if you can't eat bread because of health issues or diet. then this is worth a try. does it taste like bread ? no. is the texture like bread ? no. after taking the first bite and trying to figure out what it was like, the comparison that came closes for me was corn bread. it is dry. it has an after taste which as i said reminded me sort of like corn bread. the texture also remind me of corn bread. i keep them in the freezer. put them in the microwave for 25 seconds. then put them in the toaster or butter both sides and put in a fry pan like you would a grilled cheese.

Love these buns!
I am gluten free and low carb. That combination is hard to find. I have tried many many many types of GF / LC breads and these are at the top of the list. Great taste and really good texture. The buns do not fall apart which is great! The price makes me use these sparingly but other than that, they are great!!
