My Tom Yum soup came out amazingly! I did use some fresh herbs as well. But mainly these! I started the broth early on. So they got to cook for about 24 hours in bone broth. Very handy and a good price as well! They give you so many red peppers I saved some for another occasion. The soup is still plenty spicy. You could use it all and you be able to eat it just fine tho if you like spicy food. I was cooking it for a large party so had several bags of the spice as well as fresh stuff. So I was trying not to make it too spicy.

It made a great soup, one of the ingredients never softened up but the rest was great.

This was really good. I even split the bag so only used half for another time. The mixture was authentic enough and fresh/dried enough to get the full potency. Made Tom Ka (with coconut milk and then Mango Sticky rice for dessert

Too spicy and too many twigs. Needs to be strained and tempered.

Product came without instructions. I tried everything to make it taste good but in the end I through it out. It was way too spicy and no other flavor.

Hi friends, I love this variety pack Makes it nice & convenient great flavors ...I just boiled it alone just I wanted to make it a tea...it was nice...I’m going to invest in a stainless steel stainer..And make this again... I also love the soups it makes...thanks so much

Product looks great! Nice and fresh! I plan to compare it to Lobo brand Tom Ka Paste but I have high hopes for this to be much better! These ingredients are hard to come by unless you live in a high Asian populated area with a nice large, local Asian Grocery Store. If all goes well, I plan to order this again and again!

No instructions as to how much water to add or how long to cook ingredients. Terribly spicy as the peppers are not separately packed. Not much value here. I would never buy this again and recommend others stay clear of this product.
