Excellent book!
I choose this book because of my interest in mindfulness meditation. It was a very easy read that helped me in my practice. The chapters are short but very "meaty." I plan on going back and re-reading a few of those chapters. I highly recommend this book.

Valuable practices for deeper experience of life and more resilience and joy
I took a MBSR course with one of the authors, Bob Stahl, and continued the practice for several years now. I can say that it truly moved my life into a different direction, with much more resilience in difficult times and much more joy for life in general. I was lucky that I found a center that continued to practice in the tradition that the teacher Bob Stahl is trained in. In fact, he is the guiding teacher of that center. This allowed me to have a regular practice and also immerse myself in the practice for sometimes several days, which were both important steps on my path.

Excellent. Life changing, but needs editing
This book has reduced by anxiety by 50% and Im grateful for the author who put it together. It's practical and his tone is easy to digest. Im especially impressed with the scientific evidence he gathered to back all of it up. It's invaluable. However, this is one of the most long-winded deliveries I've ever. He repeats himself ALOT. He also has a habit of posing an important question, then rambling for 3-4 pages before finally answering the question. The 496 pages could easily be condensed down 300 and be just as effective.

It’s simple. it’s clearly written, Each chapter explains things very well to take the next step
I enjoyed the book because it was simple each step was Claire. I liked it so well I’m going to introduce it to two of my friends have already bought the books for them
