Excellent for office use
I have not idea what product is being reviewed by some of the negative reviewers. Certainly not the Jabra 2400 II. I hate wearing headphones or put anything in my ears, but I do a lot of telehealth work with Zoom and I used to have trouble being understood. Part of it, I am sure, is my Southern-Hungarian accent, but most of it is the poor quality sound picked up by my top-of-line webcam. Got the Jabra 2400 II and my professional life improved instantly. They are lightweight – important for someone who is in meetings 8-9 hours a day, fit well, are adjustable, and comfortable to the point that I forget I have them on. The sound is clean for speech, YouTube, and even music. I am told that my voice comes across clearly at the other end. I highly recommend it for everyday office use.

Light weight and great sound
After buying and returning a large variety of headsets I have settled on these. My primary drivers were extremely light weight and noise cancelling mic. The mic is decent on the noise cancelling, but not as good as higher price point Jabra headsets. But they are very very lightweight, and that was huge for me. I can actually avoid having them put any weight on the top of my head and just have them stay in place by resting on my ears. Any amount of pressure on the top of my head gives me a headache, so these are the winner for delivering dual ear, decent mic, and no weight on my head.

Really Great Sounding Headset
I use this headset at work for meetings and phone calls with Zoom and Cisco Jabber. The headset is very light, very comfortable for extended periods, and the mic and speaker quality is great. I had a different and cheaper Jabra headset (Evolve 40 Stereo) which I returned to buy this pro model and it really made a huge difference in comfort, weight, and audio quality. So in this case you really do get what you pay for.

Very Uncomfortable, cheaply made, hurt my ears, bad microphone placement and adjustments
For the price I would definitely buy anything else. Sounds quality was good, but that was about it. Uncomfortable microphone, not very adjustable, hurt my ears so much I had to take them off constantly. Cheap quality design. All and all buy something else....

Solved my sound issues!
solved my issues, clients no longer reporting I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Just got them, Not sure about long term ear comfort compared to foam ear pads until I wear for 8-12 hours. Will update if this becomes an issue

Better call quality, higher volume output. Solid investment
Much better call quality with higher volume than the headset my employer gave me. I'm no longer asking cx's to repeat themselves 10+ times on every call. Reduces both the cx's and my frustration. Headset is comfortable, but I wish the ear muffs cupped my ears more. Noise cancellation is ok. Despite the description, this is USB-A, not USB-C. Small disappointment as I had to buy an adapter.

Too expensive for what you get
The headset has some nice features and sounds good, but its very flimsy and the boom mic setup doesn't stay in place well. It all feels really cheap and really cheaply made. The buttons on the wire are handy for volume control and call control but other than that, its a really cheaply made, over-priced headset. We'll see how well this holds up over time.

Flimsy for the cost
Sound quality is good, works well with Skype and MS Teams like I needed, but isn't the most comfortable and seems flimsy, especially considering the cost. We'll see how long it lasts, but OK for now. Kinda wish I had bought a cheaper or refurbished model since I don't love this one.

Pro: The quality of the device and the audio is very good. It comes with a pouch. The unit has lasted 3 years in and out of laptop bag for work purposes. Con: The control unit is a bit chunky and keeps dropping off the table - pulling at the wire to the headset - when you move. The microphone moves vertically but not horisontally which would have been nice.

Quality is very solid

Fantastic noise filtering. People can't even hear a siren going by. Comfortable. Sometimes I forget * have them on.

The primary reason of purchase was to have a noise cancelling mic. While it claims this feature, the mic picks up noise from across the room and drowns me out. Fail.
