Considering the shipping issues I had with Amwan, i.e. parcel marked as 'delivered' when it actually went to another province and was signed for NOT by me, I thought this was a total scam until I finally received the product a week late by DHL express. The duvet cover is light, lovely and easier to insert a duvet than other covers I have. The 'pumpkin' colour however is definitely not pumpkin, but more of a rust colour, which works for me, but do not order if you are expecting a true orange colour.

Fell in love with this print. Not as soft as a previous purchases from a different company, but it is still okay. Super fast shipping.Biggest disappointment is the colour. I get that computer screens are all different.The main side base colour is more of an orange red. I could have lived with that, except the back side solid colour is the exact color is been hoping for: a red that has just a hint of burgundy. So now I have to see the reverse color that I love against an orange that doesn't match.Really too bad. :(

WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!! The product that I received does NOT match the product being displayed and sold. Firstly the brand that is supposed to be sold and is seen in the photos is not the brand I have recieved. Secondly the colour is not even close to the colour that is displayed in the photos. The colour in the photos is a burnt orange/rust colour, the colour I received is more like traffic come orange (photos have a orange and carrot for comparison). Lastly the fabric is not a jersey knit and is more like nylon and the stitch work/quality is very poor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service is amazing. I received a notification that my package was delivered however upon tracking my order, it was not delivered to me but a different address in a complete different location. Reached out to the seller and they apologized for a mistake that was not theirs, but DHL’s mistake. Offered to expedite a new duvet ASAP, and refund my shipping costs. Prompt replies and great customer service overall.As for the duvet, it is everything I was looking for. Great quality and is definitely a jersey knit. Super soft and has some stretch to it. Zipper closure is perfect with the ties on the inside to make sure it doesn’t slip around.I ordered the pumpkin colour and it is a slight bit darker than the photo, however I actually like the darker colour more than the original photo. It is more of a burnt orange or rust colour. But I believe it might lighten up in the wash if you are looking for that lighter “pumpkin” colour.Overall I love it.
