Q: I just received this and there are no directions for assembly. Where are the instructions?

There were no instructions. Using the little wrench, remove the 4 bolts from each side of the bottom of the cart -front and back. (Total=16 bolts). Then, take each wheel and align over opening. Replace the bolts and tighten. The wheels with the lock should go in back. Hope this helps, if you haven’t already figured it out. I agree, they should have sent some instructions or a diagram. Would have saved some time.

Q: Is it easy to lift and put in your trunk? For a woman?

Well answer depends on your height /weight. Yes it's easy assuming woman with avg height /weight. First you need to fold it and then place it in trunk.

Q: Will this hold a washing machine?

Weight-wise you should be fine; mid-size top loader is about 150lbs, mid-size front loader can be 200-250lbs. The width and length could be an issue. I believe the length on the 660lb. cart is 35.5in. and the width is 23in. The washing machine is about 27in wide and could have a depth of 28-34in. (But of course, depends on machine - you’d have to measure). You don’t want too much hanging off the cart—it could tip.
