I used to be an idgit and now I'm only a moron. Just joking...I honestly believe there are real benefits to fungal extracts and this company's founder is a mycologist I respect highly. Four stars only because I spilled the second half of my first bottle and am awaiting delivery (tomorrow) of its replacement. A professional associate of mine swears by this product and he is much smarter than I so there must be some validity to the company's claims.
