I have a few smaller T.E.N.S. devices that work well. Was interested mostly in the foot unit. I do like how it works. Feels good on the feet and legs. The only disappointment is the Pain Therapy Promoter uses AAA batteries which it goes through pretty fast. My other TENS units are rechargeable which I like. So I have not decided if it is worth the cost for the whole system (I paid over $200 for the unit and accessories.)

First, I would like to say the TENS really does work. Not necessarily for muscle aches and ailments, but the device really does provide a nice massage sensation for the affected areas.I'm not a doctor and I can only say that the gentle massage feels great afterwards. I'm not sure if it treats any pain, but after the session, my legs do feel lighter.I understand $220 is a lot to guess if your pain and aches will be relieved with this device. The infomercials make me feel like it is a gimmick, but the Dr. Ho does provide a nice massage. It is a great starter set with instructions and replacement pads. I would recommend for the massage not for treating any ailments or aches.

It feels like is burning my feet when I use it with or without water. Pads lose their adhesive to fast.
