I use my WH-1000XM3 every day at work and the OEM ear pads reflected that. They were wearing, tearing, and had lost their firm feel, to a point where I considered buying new headphones altogether. Thankfully I chose to try to replace the pads since these headphones continue to have great battery life and were all around amazing headphones.The installation process was SUPER easy. They included a helpful manual with clear to read instructions and no need for a special tool! They used a butter knife in the manual, and I got away with using the end of a fork. Shout out to Sony for making a product that is easily repairable.The feel of the new ear pads immediately reminded me of the first time I wore these head phones. It's basically a brand new head phone with this replacement! It suctions really well, maximizing the noise cancellation, and it's a comfortable feel. It feels firm, but nothing that is uncomfortable. I'm sure after a few weeks of use, the cushion will mold to my surrounding ear and feel even better.If you have worn out cushions, buy these and make your headphones go the extra mile!

My old pads for my MX3 were well past there sell buy date, but the headphones still worked great. I bought the MX5 and spent too long doing comparisons and really could not justify the upgrade as there was so minimal change in sound quality and noise cancelling (so returned them). Put these pads on and they work like a charm. Easy to install, and actually think they look better now than the original pads.

These come off so easy compared to other brands that I have seen. These laterally pop off with a butter knife and a little pressure. Putting on the others is just a press around after you look at the line up holes. Super easy and reversable. You can put on the old set if needed.They are nice and plump but I would say they dont feel like the same memory foam material. They feel good and look good. It is not the same padding but should work ok seems as good with more room for your ears which is good for me. Easily get another year or two from your XM3's.I replaced a set on some beats years ago and those were such a pain compared to these sony replacements.

Been wearing mine 40+ hours a week for the last 6 months and no complaints. Very comfortable & holding up well. Would buy again.

Exactly as advertised. Easy installation, high quality product. I sweat like heck in my headphones (I wear them gardening, weedwacking, etc) and the ear cushions had gotten gross and stinky. What a great aftermarket solution these are.

I was skeptical that these would make a difference, especially since my old ear cups are not exactly worn out. However, they around about 40% thicker than the originals which pushes the driver away from your ear and actually reduces the clamping force, making them far more comfortable. I'm surprised to say these are worth the investment.

The replacements came in great packaging, props to the seller there. The foam on the pads is soft but firm, which os great. Definitely seem to be made of great quality and will most likely last a long time.There's a couple of differences i noticed between the OEM part and this. One huge disadvantage is noise cancelling. The pads are pretty thick that they do leave a small gap at the bottom of my ear. When noise cancelling is turned on, the sound seems to be a bot muffled and sound quality seems to suffer. It works great with noise cancelling off.I also noticed that it kinda hurt my head after half hour of use. This could perhaps just be that they need to be broken in.Overall, they are decent replacements. The price is justifiable. I'll update this review if I see any changes with time

Liked that it looked well-made, was easy to install, and allowed me to keep using my favorite pair of headphones.Downside is that it's a bit firmer and less comfortable (warmer) than the original... things I can live with, so net-net, still quite happy.

Las almohadillas se ajustan perfectamente a los adifonos y son bastante firmes, de hecho se sienten un poco mas firmes que las originales, son tambien muy comodas, son excelentes!

Ich habe echt VIEL zu lange damit gewartet, endlich die Ohrpolster zu tauschen! Dios mio, wenn ich gewusst haette was es fuer einen Unterschied macht. Das Ohr beruehrt nun das Lautsprecher-Gitter nicht mehr. Auch ausgeschaltet daempft es Geraeusche schon recht gut. Der Klang ist wieder voluminoes. Top.Ich weiss nicht ob die anderen Polster aehnlich gut sind, da ich nur dieses probiert habe nach langem hin-und-her ueberlegen. Aber sicherlich sind diese hier besser als die 4.5 Jahre alten Originale!

I purchased a used XM3, but the cushions were old and damaged, so I replaced them. The difference was incredible - the sound quality, comfort, and noise isolation all improved significantly. However, I do have a friend who replaced his cushions with a different brand for a quarter of the price, and the quality seems comparable. This leaves me questioning whether there is truly a significant difference between the two options
