The packing of the product was very poor, this resulted in the flower buds being flattened, this was overcome by applying pressure to the buds in the opposite direction to fluff up the bud again, also the stems are folded in half, although the stem will bend it was difficult to straighten perfectly. the flowers do need to be packed more professionally by the manufacturer. once you have spent time fiddling around with the flowers they do make a nice display. i would only recommend this product if you have time to spare.
