Great time pass for the kids.

So my almost 3 years old toddler who loves Minnie Mouse loved this, but I gave 3 stars as a warning to fellow new parents to read my review. As you know when your child is almost 3 years old, you would think he/she won’t fall off of a couch anymore, but she for sure did not know what not to put in to her nose. My toddler put one of the bead into her nose, we tried to take it out by tweezer at home but ended up taking her to the urgent care. Luckily dr has a very convenient tool to take an object out of nose( and they said bead stuck in the nose of toddler is common), but these things happened a moment we turned our back. So it is great fun toy if your child is old enough and understand not to put the bead in the nose/ ears. Or if you are paying over 100% attention while your toddler is playing with this, it’s ok too. But otherwise, please learn from our mistake that 3 years old still put a bead in her nose. We decided to put the beads away for now until she is older to play with.

I got this set for my 3 year old niece and 4 and 6 year old daughters. They all enjoyed it very much. Easy craft for kids to do. Better when supervised initially. I taught them about patterns, and how to string the beads to make patterns, and when to string on the pendants so that it will be centered. After that, just leave them to let their creative juices flowing. Each kid wore her creation proudly. And they could easily take a part and make new designs. They made necklaces for grandma. It was great.I had to get a second set so that there was enough pieces to go around and reduce the squabbling. It comes in adorable case too and is perfect for gifting. I already sent a set to my friend's daughter!

Bought this for my niece for her 5th birthday. She LOVES Disney princesses and this was a HIT! My sister, her mother, also liked that this is not a really messy jewelry set and that the necklaces were easy to assemble. When I asked her about the latches, she said that they were really no problem and that she had just asked my niece to ask for help when she was ready to take her necklaces off.

My three year old and I make necklaces during the night time- didn't realize she had a bracelet on but she laid down it was pretty late- she fell asleep and underneath her pack and play were all the beads that fell off- the worst part is I had heard her sniffling and thought she was getting sick- the next morning i go to change her clothes and one of her nostrils looks blue so I figured she put marker there as she's done before, I felt the top of her nostril and it felt fine but she kept saying "my nose my nose" about an hour later she gets a baby wipe and I realize it's not a booger blocking the whole airway- I tell her to blow her nose and the more she blows the more I start to feel a hard object until she blows hard enough a blue bead falls out- it was SO scary- she could've passed in her sleep- please be careful with these!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy until the child is at least 5- kids are curious are she loves trolls but knowing what the consequences could've possibly been gives me chills- be safe

Got this on sale and it was very low priced. Great deal. These obviously have small beads so if you have a child who is old enough and a small child who isn't this could cause problems because the beads are a chocking hazard. BUT this is really cute and colorful! There are 5 pony pendants and the rest is smaller beads. Stars, hearts circles etc. The necklace strings are nice because it doesn't require any permanent knots or tools to close. The strings are rubber and the ends push together into each other. So you can open and close it and remove the beads easily to make a new necklace. Great for older child but again the easiness of removing the beads is what makes it harder if you have younger children around. We try to play with this while the little one is taking her nap.
