Communication: seller responded promptly and was accommodating to last minute changes. Delay was from my end. Shipping: invitations arrived exactly 1 week after final approval of draft. Invitations: the customizable print and font on the invitation letter are pretty, but would have been nicer if it was printed on better quality paper. However, the main reason why I bought this is because of the bride and groom cutout sleeve. This was as described and was made with good quality cardstock paper, 5 out of 5.

I ordered the cards to be customized for a wedding and Anna, whom I worked with was very nice and helped me throughout the whole process. She provided me with a template and helped me design the cards to how I like. My order was a bit complicated. I had a lot of information and also wanted to make them bilingual but I just had to simply typed them all up and then sent it to Anna, which she then redesign and send back a draft. I was also able to order RSVP cards through them and have them match the fonts and paper. I was happy when I receive them. My friends and guests really like the invitation cards.
