I can't figure out how to put on the ear tips. Please help.

Why my right earbud cannot work without the left one being on in my ear? It this normal?

This is not normal. I can use either earbud independently. You might try to unpair them and start again. I have been very pleased with one so far. I’ve only had them about 10 days.

Can I use the left earbud or the right one independently when I’m listening? Or do they use a master/slave relation?

Yes! I often fall asleep with one in and it ends up having to be charged separately while I use the other one the next morning. Once the case gets a charge you can actually use it to charge the ear buds for a while without plugging it into an outlet.

The first Bluetooth pairing failed, is there any problems with the earbuds? What should I do?
