Grandson has egg, dairy, nut, soy and wheat allergies. Hard to find good tasting bread he can eat. This is perfect! It felt a little hard when we first used it but toasting it actually softened the bread and made it perfect! I never would’ve thought that, but it delicious, allergies or not!

If you like the taste of sponges that breaks apart as you chew then this is perfect. I’m so glad I didn’t get the 3 loaf order. Too expensive and not worth the price. We found another gf df bread at a local store that tastes almost exactly like regular bread. Save your money. If I could do 0 stars I would.

I've been GF for almost 20 years and this is the best bread. I can't believe it doesn't have eggs. I'd prefer it did not have corn then it would be just perfect (BC it is full of healhy ingredients). It toasts beautifully, holds butter in crannies like an english muffin. It was moist and soft when it arrived & went directly to freezer. I remove and toast each slice which does not cling and freeze to the other slices- another plus. The downside? Well, good price point but the S&H more than the bread. That is a huge disappointment, so buy in bulk to save on S&H. Really if you are GF give this one a try and buy more than one you won't be disappointed.

Katz egg free bread is an OK gluten-free bread. When I opened the bag, the loaf appeared smaller than most loaves. The bread itself is full of air pockets or holes making spreading jam on it difficult as it seeps thru the bread. The taste is OK, but not my favorite. It does however make good toast.

I ordered these for my daughter’s tea party. She has friends with different allergies so I needed something that was safe for everyone. The bread is crumbly, a little dry and falls apart quickly, so making a regular sandwich probably won’t hold, but it it was good with single slice type like sandwiches. For bread that does not have dairy, soy, gluten and egg, this was pretty decent. The texture is definitely different than regular bread but I still liked it!

I liked it a lot, but I didnt buy it for its gluten free issues. I just wanted to try some. Its good, and would be a great bread for anyone who has gluten free issues. Its tasty but withouit tht real bread flavor but that is so minimal, you wont notice unless you ae someone that bakes as I do. I liked it a lot but will still buy other kinds of breads.

Not a fan, and I'm not super picky about gf breads. Serviceable for allergen free bread if there are no altertives I guess.

I bought this bread for my boyfriend who has recently changed his diet after having some health concerns. During this process he has found that he cannot eat anything that contains soy, gluten, eggs, or dairy without feeling terrible afterward. It has been really hard to find food that fit his dietary restrictions and the products that we have found usually just don’t taste the same. I was beyond excited when I found Katz Gluten Free because this company gives my boyfriend the chance to enjoy bread again. So far, he has enjoyed the taste of the bread and it hasn’t caused him any discomfort. I would recommend this product to anyone with food sensitivities and even those without. Great purchase!
