Lid works great!
Love the lid but ended up using it on a large Pyrex measuring cup instead of the gallon crock that matches it. My husband uses it for his bread starter. We tried ordering the gallon crock, but after two attemps and both arriving so poorly packed that they were in pieces instead of a whole, we gave up and are seeking a refund.

The color doesn't match the color of the crock
Pros: It does the job.Cons: It is a different color than the Ohio Stoneware crock it fits. My wife is OCD and that doesn't work for her.

Not the color pictured
It doesn’t fit well but honestly that’s not a problem. The biggest issue is the color sent it white when the color shown is brown. The other two crocks I own have Brown lids so now this one doesn’t match. Wish this was corrected to show the true color
