I'm a stickler for making sure things are placed on coasters, so I couldn't resist getting this set. The marble effect looks authentic - enough so that the first time I used one, I thought my drink had stained it just like real marble! Thankfully, it's just a pretty absorbent material, and after a quick rinse and some time to dry, it was good as new.They're really beautiful and useful - I'm actually tempted to get another set.

Edit: A new set was shipped due to originals being damaged. Great customer service. New set did have a chip in one coaster.Corners were chipped on most of them. They were dirty and had scratches on some of them.

These look just like the picture and are very absorbent it's amazing! I have a dark wooden dining table that has been in my family for about 4 generations now. The wood is a nice color and in great condition, so I don't want to cover it but definitely don't want to end up leaving drink rings either! These are absolutely perfect to solve that problem! I had a full glass of ice water on one of these coasters for hours and not a drop of condensation made it off the coaster, and no sticking to the bottom of the glass! Be careful about getting anything other than water on them though, one of mine is kind of discolored from a strawberry drink getting on it, I couldn't get it to come off with dish soap. Overall would definitely recommend!

Even prettier in person

The best part about this item is the holder, it really makes these look chic but the actual coasters are not great for everyday use. I had these for about a month and they got stained so fast ( got the white marble ones). I ended up getting higher quality stone ones that hood up better but I kept the gold holder!

Not easy to clean/ stained

They remind me of the backsplash tiles for a kitchen. But they work great!
