4 and 6 loved the humour in this book
My two grand daughters, 4 and 6 loved the humour in this book. One chapter at bedtime was never enough.The self contained episode in each reasonably short chapter makes this a very enjoyable book for children who are just becoming independent readers.This copy replaced one which I was reading with them and which was falling to pieces through age and use. I was very pleased to receive it and hope that more of the series will be reprinted soon.

A great book for children.
Easy for my Granddaughter to read, she wanted it, as she was reading this book at school. She is 7yrs.

A fantastic read!
I had read this story to numerous classes when it was first published. It proved to be the most popular book of all. I was delighted to see a new edition (2013). I shared the story with my 9 year old son. He loved it! This story is very funny. Each chapter tells a different story of Vlad's adventures. It is ideal for all children, particularly from 7 to 10 years of age.
